UPDATE 2023

Since Corona times I have lived in Slovenia and I am currently looking for CS in Colombia where I will be going in Feb/March '23.
My CS profile really needs to be updated. I recently re-opened CS again after years. All the below info are from 5years ago and for some reason I cant even change the location (I used to live in Australia, now I live in my home country Slovenia) But hey, lets meet for real and share unique moments together!

ABOUT ME

Been traveling on and off for the past 8 years and while I still get the travel goosebumps thinking of it, I 've calmed down- a little bit :) I still don't know where my life is going, but at least I stopped worrying too much about it.
I've always been doing what guts told me to do- passion beyond reason! I want to keep on with this la- la life until maybe one day I find a place to call "mine"...although sometimes I wish I found the existence inside my bubble (comfort zone), but that's not the case, it always breaks!
I'd say I'm friendly, adaptable, sensitive,not very serious, calm but intense, social when around the right people ;-) Being bored and overwhelmed by routine and mundane life comes very easily to me... I always look for something new, more exciting.

PHILOSOPHY

dont let your mind get caught up in the "I gotta be...." syndrom. ignore the pressure and follow your path! I learnt to accept those days when nothing goes right, because without them there would be no bliss. life is an unbalanced rollercoaster and we cant really escape that. set goals! and there shouldn't be an easy way to reach what you want, but a challenge. enjoy the ride, not only the end.

Everyone deserves happiness and should strive towards it. I like to encourage others so that they make out of life what they most want, otherwise- if you ask me- life isn't worth living. It is short enough to spend it doing things that are not fullfiling us. Nothing is guaranteed and the clock is tickling- I've only become aware of this recently.

I've been to many CS meetings in different countries and I've been hosting in Ljubljana and Malaga plus I was hosted many times during my travels by some wonderful people (without one exception)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS is the best way to connect people with same interests on global level.if I look back and think where would i be if there was no CS... maybe I'd even never start traveling. besides that, half of the great people I've met would probably never come to my life, and that would be a big big loss. I definately feel more a traveler than a tourist now, and I feel more welcome everywhere I visit.

兴趣

with travels I started to be more and more restless when at home, but aswell start to appeciate more the things I before took for granted.so I'm trying to find pleasure in small things. walk into the forest, hours long train ride, the multicoloured sunset, room dancing, icecream at 3am =)and I wish I could live with music in my ears all the time. it can always cheer up my day.

I prefer movies over books and music over movies.
Music is my love :) I have a few favourite artists, and not because I like all of their songs, but because they all have at least one song that I've listened for over 1000 times and still haven't got enough of it. I enjoy
music that brings me memories, gets me into good mood, takes me places..and I like my music loud! :)
My most memorable movies are pursuit of happyness, amelie, babel, biutiful, requiem for a dream, fight club, into the wild, patagonia, closer, vicky cristina barcelona, apocalypto, city of god, amores perros, before sunset, the king's speech, nowhere in africa, sweet november, garden state, revolutionary road, the beach...
