HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I JUST became a member of CS, but have heard about it for almost a year now. I haven't had my own place for this past year, so I haven't felt like I should join because I don't have a couch to offer up, BUT I'm in dire straits now and want to see more of the UK, so I've joined up, will sleep on others' couches, and will give mine as soon as I get my own place!!!
