ABOUT ME

I currently live in a small countryside town, and work as a chef in a local restaurant. We concentrate on using local and seasonal produce in an effort to be a sustainable business. I have done a fair bit of travelling in the past and have had many wonderful couchsurfing experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have not been a participant for about a year but am keen to be part of the couchsurfing community once again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have couch surfed with two members in Australia, two in Thailand,1 in Vietnam and 1 in Hong Kong and have met with two in Laos and two in Cambodia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Kill bill 1 and 2 are amazing movies as is pulp fiction. I like all kinds of music and recently become more interested in Jazz and world Music. I like to read anything from a trashy novel to an autobiography. Really depends what sort of mood I am in. I try not to watch too much tv but sometimes i do get sucked in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed to the top of a volcano in New Zealand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking and so am keen to pick up new recipes wherever i go. I will teach what i can about my culture and help those out who wish to learn English.
