ABOUT ME

Hey, my name is Tiia and I have lived in Jyväskylä one and half a year now and have fallen in love with this city. I'm studyin chemistry and biology now in university but I'm not going to stydy it in next year anymore. So I'm searching new subject to study! I play flute and go to fitness exercises. It isn't easy to say good things about yourself but I think I'm quite social and optimistic person. I like talking and hanging out with my friends and family, partying, travelling (I made a interrail trip around Europe with my friend in summer 2010)but I also enjoy reading, cycling and having nice wine and cheese evenings with friends:-D As I said, I like travelling, I have started travelling alone in Finland quite early as I'm the oldest in my family, and I have always enjoyed going somewhere else but also coming back to home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had really nice experiences when I was interrailing with my friend in summer 2010! People were nice and I heard so many stories and get new friends that the trip was so much nicer with couchsurfing.

Interests

I'm interested in different kinds of music, I play flute and electric bass. I like dancing, I have danced ballet, modern dance, street hiphop and dancing with partner. I like biology, especially human biology, and English as school subjects. I enjoy to meet my friends and new people, to travel and learn new about other countries.
