About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to share my experience of a city with other people and get to know their perspective on where they live

ABOUT ME

I'm interested in learning as much as I can about other parts of the country/world through the eyes of the people I meet there.

Basically, I'm a full-time student and try to explore the city as much as I can (around my insanely busy study schedule). I enjoy meeting people (especially those that like going on spontaneous adventures and trying new things).

PHILOSOPHY

I suppose I would suggest that it's important to maintain a balance of living in the moment and working toward a future goal...and that the time available to you is spent doing what makes you feel happy and alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love showing people why Haifa can be a great place to live, especially when it comes to great walks to take/parks to visit, good bars/clubs, interesting bookstores and cafes, and awesome Middle Eastern food.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite couchsurfing experiences have been both when I've hosted and when I've been hosted. Even though the option to rent a hotel room is almost always there, couchsurfing offers a way to spend time with people I most likely wouldn't have met otherwise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've been able to do has been travel to Iceland in the summer a few years ago. I swam in this warm naturally-existing lagoon and saved some of the black sand I felt under my feet. A few days later, I saw Iggy Pop perform for about 10 dollars in Stockholm.
