ABOUT ME
I am 25 years old and I major in theology, which most people think is weird. However, I am not "super holy" or anything like it and I am no different from you, most likely.
I love to travel, though my most favourite place to go to are the US. 9 years ago I used to be a foreign exchange student and I have been in love with this country ever since. I have family and friends there which is why I keep coming back. I just finished a semester at a small university in Arkansas but now I am back in Germany getting ready to finish my degree pretty soon.
Besides school I also have a job on the side. I work 2.5 days a week as a secretary in a recruitment agency.
I love to go out and hang with friends - pretty average. But what is nicer than to sit with people you like in a bar or go watch movies and have pizza?
Everything else, I can tell you when we meet in person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I got back to Germany a little more than two months ago. I'm back living in Hamburg, the prettiest city and definitely the one where fun is guaranteed, in the country. I live with 3 other people and we have an extra living room which can easily be used by guests or surfers. I've surfed myself and loved it and now that I have the opportunity I want to give back and provide a home for travelers.
However, since I do live with others I can't host as many people as I'd like, one at a time is probably best and since my mailbox keeps blowing up from requests, I'm really sorry if I can't have you. But I'll definitely try.
I love cooking and eating dinner together with my roommates and of course also with my couchsurfer. But since we're all college students on a budget I hope u understand that I cannot provide groceries for you. I'll have a bed/couch/mattress but you'll have to buy your own food or contribute something. I'm sure u understand. There's a grocery store rigth around the corner though.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I discovered that traveling by myself is so much fun. I went to Seattle where I met a group of really great people that showed me an awesome time and I stayed with a girl for a night to get out of the hostel. It was great. In Chicago as well as L.A. couchsurfing has given me the opportunity to meet locals and experience the cities from a completely different angle. In Toronto I surfed a friend's couch who I had met in L.A. shortly before. I love CS and can't wait to show people around in Hamburg. I've hosted two guys so far and there are many more couchsurfers on their way. I'm excited to meet them and try to be a great host as much as work and time allow. But I'm always willing to show around even if I can'T host you. So, write me! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing or more than that stupid: I left all my things and my life in order to move for a guy to the States. He wasn't worth it as it turned out HOWEVER it gave me the opportunity to travel and make a lot of new friends and meet people I would have never met. So there is always an upside to everything.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am open to meeting all kinds of people. I really don't want to limit myself from any experience.
