About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make a decision about the way my future will go.
ABOUT ME
I mostly try to be sunny and breezy, open for everything and positive, because being sad is just a waste of time. Of course I do get sad from time to time and when I feel like it, I welcome the tears' endorphins :) I love traveling, books, deep conversations, adrenalin sports, nature, and the wind in my hair. I couldn't live without sports and art. I notice the details other people usually don't and can get delirious by things others mostly don't understand. I've got no problems with spontaneity but still like to have some things planned and in order. Sometimes chatty sometimes more quiet, just as everyone.
I don't really like to write descriptions, since I believe that only meeting in person is going to give you the right impression. So bring it on! :)
Oh, and on a side note(!): I don't get the verification. Yes, it has always existed, but why push it out now? If I don't trust somebody's profile (though that has never happened to me before), his having paid to get verified would not move my thinking at all. Verification should have been based on references and your being active, not just having 25USD on your credit card. If I say I live on some address I mean that I actually do live there, why would anyone even want to fake it?
I will NOT connect my facebook account. If we're going to be friends, I'll be happy to befriend you on facebook as well. But we must first meet and be friends in person, meeting out in the real world and not by 'liking' some pictures and comments without even knowing who is behind them.
PHILOSOPHY
You only see obstacles, when you move your eyes off your goal.
One can only learn by trying.
Bravery is not the absence of fear, but the strength to overcome it.
'I am not my hair, I am not this skin, I'm am not your expectations, I am the soul that lives within'
Everything that exists was once imagines. Credendo vides.
You should never say: I, too, could do that. Just get into it!
An optimist takes the risk of losing. A pessimist misses the chance of winning. - Hazrat Inayat Khan
The greatest obstacle to progress is prejudice. ~ Bavee ~
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am still with CS DESPITE the recent (2014-11) terrible functionality-downgrade and shift towards facebook-shallowness and my feeling quite lost on the new page. Why is each 'improvement' making the page worse, less personal and ruins it's quality? :(
For some reason, CouchSurfing International Inc. presents this cute little paragraph discreetly nestled in the Terms of Use:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By surfing and hosting and meeting awesome people of course :)
(though lately school is killing my participation percentage by loading me with so much work, arghh, I can't wait till summer vacation!).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed few times in Vienna, Munich (cheapest train tickets from Ljubljana :P), Brussels Bangkok, Shanghai and Beijing and hosted some amazing people.
I always enjoyed it to the fullest, learned some new things and never wanted to go home yet :)
I love-love-loved it! :)

Lately I've fallen in LOVE with swing! Dancers, bring it on, I've got some very nice venues in Ljubljana to share! :)
All kinds of sports such as volleyball, gymnastics/acrobatics, rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, ski touring, ice skating (and ice-hockey, but no fighting allowed^^), whitewater rafting, adrenaline sports...
Being creative, doing things from nothing, sewing, modeling from clay, making rubber stamps and everything else that fits in here.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a broad subject. I keep some faves, but then my taste also changes all the time as I discover new styles.
As for books, I'll just go by the saying: 'A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only once.' (google says George R.R. Martin was the first to state this). I agree, but whenever I've got an opportunity I try to put the book down and go live another life that's waiting for me outside.
I'm always happy to receive some recommendations on independent and not-famous movies, that preferably have some jaw-dropping and inspiring nature shots or ideas that make you rethink some of your beliefs, such as Into the Mind, Entrelobos, Ondine, A State of Mind, The Tree, Beasts of the Southern Wilds, Soul Surfer, The Rocket, A State of Mind.
And I do fall for X-men.
But I cannot discuss this subject much, because I haven't really seen anough movies to pick definite favourites.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ski toured Triglav.
Climbed some awesome tours.
Ice skated on Cerknisko jezero (lake).-you just have to see the lake when it's frozen!
Went to my first longer journey without my parents to Laos and Cambodia with a friend and then spend a week in Bangkok by myself.
Did a first solo trip to Myanmar and Thailand.
Done some amazing trips.
...and loads more :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach. Learn. Share. I'm so in for it :)
I can teach you everything I know, share all of my experiences and I'm always open for learning new things, even if it sometimes means asking so many questions I might seem dumb, before I get it. But at the end I'll know it and it will be worth it.
One thing I suck at and would love to learn is cooking :) Also, I want to unlearn my fear of spiders because it's annoying and often very impractical.
