I love activities, trying new things and meeting new people. I relish embodied dance and am curious to learn more about somatic modalities and other tools to heal and build capacity in our nervous systems.

I enjoy being active and I'm particularly drawn to nature. I love mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, ecstatic dance, lifting weights and being in water. I'm a deep thinker but I'm also silly and cynical, nothing beats a good laugh and good company. I'm whimsical and practical.
