My partner Kalle* and I moved to Berlin from our home town Helsinki in November 2015. Still discovering the city.. so I'm _not_ the person to contact if you want me to show you around town, or to get an inside look at the life of a "local Berliner". I am, however, the person to contact if you want someone to explore and get lost in the city with.

The "little things" in life give me my natural highs (so i don't have a burning desire to go jumping out of planes or anything extreme..) and I can be quite happy just hanging out somewhere people-watching for example. During the summer months I love sitting in parks with friends, a couple of guitars and maybe some wine and come winter then small pubs with live music are nice..

I enjoy meeting new people, being spontaneous and at the end of the day i just want to be happy and make the world a better place (hippie!)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

To surf and to have my couch surfed.. to meet people from all walks of life, and of course when I travel I want to meet locals of the area I'm visiting. I like living in a world and supporting communities that encourage us to share what we have.

Intereses

Spendng time with friends, meeting new people, music, concerts, karaoke, art, being outdoors and enjoying the sun and FOOD. Love food: when I travel I plan my day according to where I plan to eat, and depending on the destination it can require some planning as I'm vegan.

Things don't have to be huge or spectacular to amaze me.... a great meal, a great moment with friends are memories that stick with me.. but e.g. in 2013 I visited a maasai village in Tanzania and I got to stand in the middle of a circle of hundreds of maasai men chanting: the energy that came from their vocals, indescribable.
