I'm a lover of nature, coming from a small coastal town on Jamaica's northern coast, I grew up surrounded by forests and the sea. It's my escape, my church.

I love food. I love cooking it, eating it, trying new culinary styles and cultural dishes. We can bring people together through a plate, it tells more about the regions of the world than words can.
