About Me

Hello, my name is Tjaša (tjasha) as you allready saw. My formal occupation is being a student of Interior, right in this moment I am in my last year writing my diploma, so that why i have time and will to still continue traveling around. But how i would described me, in unformal way? I would say I have a wish and "vision" if you wanna call it like this. That one day I will create mud or strawball houses. What requires some travels and visits of places where they are creating this beautiful things also one day in the future I would like to create comunity and different programs to teach people about good things in life. So right now, I am in the beggining and for all of this I would love to meet others and get them something from me and get something from them and just create connections and relations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think its the easy and offcourse cheep way to travel. Thats for sure. But as I have interest in how other lives and what others places looks like, it the best option to see all of this. I also love that you can create a relationship that will stay with you, because you are comming to their home.
But mostly because I am planning to visit new places and from my firsts couchsurfing experience....I wanted to practice this in my future travels and also when I will be able and I will have place I would love to host people and show them my place, my colture and just let them enyoj my home.

Movies...I would say lately I am not great fan of movies. I prefer seing documentaries and maybe some good series.
Books...I love book Name of the wind. Its cliche, but i loved Eat, pray, love because its so easy to read and relaxing. I loved Desire. Also i love book from slovenian writer Dušan Rutar about psychology and capitalism, and consumerism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the last amazing this I have done in my opinion. Was that I went to Switzerland for Permaculture course. It took place in complete nature on one farm. We were without phones, coffee, any distractions and with good food. It was the best thing i have done and it felt amazing. It was the first time i used compost toilet and lived in commuty. It was the place where I lived with nature. And with love from others I discovered what my passion is, and in which direction i need to go.

Teach, Learn, Share

hmm...i think the best thing with new people is just share your experiences and look for similarities and differences between each other. I like to see small things that people around places do differently. But you never know at the end what you will bring to the person you exchange with, and what you will receive from them. I the term of knowladge and experience.
