ABOUT ME

Hello,
I am a Manchester native that after a while away has found himself in deepest darkest Yorkshire and the quaint village of Marsden. I am hugely passionate about learning new things and doing new things too. I currently work an awful lot but might be able to host you.

Jess who lives and travels with me is a huge fan of overweight cats(and the normal sized ones too), reading, music and goat's cheese.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had quite a few experiences, firstly with hosting many people in Leeds, then travelling around Sweden staying with awesome people and now I hope to welcome people to my hometown.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have really enjoyed the CS experience and have so far met lots of interesting people from all around the globe. Also a couple of these have been longer term visitors that found themselves living with me for a while.

Interests

Cats, cycling and alcohol(not exactly the consumption of) also not in that order.

- I have recently got quite into alcohol and can give the most useless information about spirits.
-Cycling if you enjoy cycling as well I can most probably score you a bike and will give you a tour of the city on two wheels.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - I really enjoy european films such as Jeunet films, Goodbye Lenin!, Priceless, Tillsamans and also Charlie Kaufman + Noah Buambach films.

Music - That sort that a lot of people would think sounds strange or weird. Experimental, ambient, lo-fi things with tags like that.

Books - Quentin Crisp, Oliver Sacks neurology books and so on.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hm teach, I can teach anyone any skills they would like unskilled help with, how to fix things..... or some less used English words or origins of words

Learn - It will be great to learn more Swedish obviously but also to learn of someone else's life, interests and motivations is normally a good thing indeed.

Share - Alcohol, stories, anecdotal recollections anything and everything.
