My full name is Tahir Khan but my friends mostly call me by TK or just simply Tahir. I consider Calgary, Alberta in Canada as home because that's where I grew up and currently live when not traveling. I love to travel and so far I have been to only 26 countries, mostly in the Middle East and South East Asia. However, I have been living in Washington DC for the past 5 months to do an internship with the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children . My internship ended a few days ago and now I will be on the road soon to make my way to South America and experience the rich culture of that part of the world while also share my own culture with the people I meet on the way. I have never couch surfed before but I am going to give it a try and if you happen to host me I thank you in advance and even if you do not host me and are reading my bio I still thank you!:)

Music depends on the kinda mood I am in but mostly I'd like to listen to Jazz, trance music and classic.
-My favorite book is the Autobiography of Malcolm X.
-I don't really have a specific favorite movie but I like to watch comedy movies mostly.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I speak 4 different languages English, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi fluently while some Farsi so I can teach a word or two to my hosts if they wish while id also like to learn French and Spanish in the near future. My friends also think I'm a "really" good cook so I can also share that.
