About Me

CURRENT MISSION

never grow up

ABOUT ME

I apparently have a Philadelphia accent in English, I like the red starbursts, get homesick for poptarts and hot wings sometimes, and am constantly nourishing an addiction to tea! Another, as I see it, great reason to travel more. I love outdoor activities of all kinds, from horseback riding to hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canyoneering, and swimming anywhere and everywhere. I lovvve music andI'm willing to give anything a chance at least once because I'm pretty sure I can dance to about anything.

Becoming an exchange student has become a life changing experience for me, and made my interest in traveling the world on continue to grow. I really want to visit different places because I love the idea of immersing yourself in different cultures--try new foods, languages, meet new people, exchange ideas and music, and see the world from a different angle.

Climbing has definitely changed how I travel, and for the best! I'm still just as open to new foods but much more creative in finding meals and used to eating the same thing every day hahah. It has also continued to feed my love for nature :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Without music, life would be a mistake.... I would only believe in a God who knew how to dance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The birth of my dog. The more I've studied reproductive physiology, the more amazed I am every time by how truly a miracle it is to be alive sometimes. For example, working with clones from the very beginning to birth. It really opens your eyes about the science of life, and is always an interesting topic to talk to people about.

Rock climbing!! I am in absolute love with the sport. I love towers and the amazingly rewarding views they give you.

Teach, Learn, Share

-I can ALWAYS recommend something good to read during your travels!
-If you're into horseback riding, I used to give lessons and can help you overcome your fears and gain enough skill to at least go out and have fun!
-I love rockclimbing, and am always looking for a partner to climb with.
- I am always excited to practice my languages and am a great and patient guinea pig.
