CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to travel to all 7 continents while at the same time absoribing some of the culture from each place i visit.

ABOUT ME

For the most part of my life, I grew up in a small farming town. Which means I grew up with small town ideals and small town philosophies. It wasn't until I finally began traveling that I realized how acute my thinking truly was. At this point in time, I consider myself hungry for experience. I have an urge to try things that I've never done and experience ideas I've never thought. I don't have a set destination in life as of yet, but the journey is everything.

As for more tangible things, I am a cook by trade. If you had asked me 3 years ago if i wanted to be a cook, I probably would have laughed at you. But over the coarse of the last few years I've really grown into it nicely. My goals are to learn some fine dining skills that i can take on the road with me. As for hobbies, the only one I've had consistently is traveling. I like to think that each time I visit a new country or meet a new person, I absorb a small piece of the culture, helping me become a more understanding and complete person.

So that's me at a glance, if anyone wants to go deeper I think it would be best done in person with good old fashioned conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not the most eloquent person in the world so i try to sum up my ideas as simply as possible. Every person on the planet has something they can teach you. Every person on the planet has a unique perspective. We are all the same, and true happiness comes from the things we have yet to experience, and the people we have yet to meet. And as a great thinker once said, To defy the laws of tradition, is a crusade only of the brave.

Books - Tropic of Capricorn (I've read a hundred books and this is the only real one)
