About Me
UPDATE: We're all full! We're booked solid through till April when Tyler and I leave to go backpacking around the world for a year. We hope to meet up with you all somewhere else in the world!
My husband, Tyler, and I live in San Francisco and share this account. I'm from the bay area and went to school at UC Berkeley. My job revolves around providing empathetic support and delightful experiences to people who use tech products, but my main passion is music. I am a singer/songwriter and have been performing in the bay area for over a decade. I've released two EPs and am working on writing my first full-length album.
Tyler grew up in Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia where he went to Georgia Tech. He is a software engineer for a video search engine company and is living the mantra "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Tyler is part nerd, part athlete. He plays pick-up soccer in the city, devours news on Reddit daily, and is an all-around voracious reader.
We met in 2011, instantly fell in love, and have been completely inseparable ever since. We got married August 2015 on the beach at South Lake Tahoe, then spent a month backpacking around Bali. On that trip we dreamed of a time when we could quit our jobs and spend a year together backpacking around the world. When we came home, we started saving and planning. That dream is finally a reality! We leave April; we'll be starting our trip in Japan. :)
We're both avid fans of music, travel, good eats, and spending time together. When we travel we love to explore the city from a locals' perspective. We'd love to hear about your adventures and recommendations of places to go and things to see!
