Overview
About Me
I love exploring the world, meeting new people, cultures, cities and beautiful landscapes. This is one reason, why I traveled half of Europe`s countries within the last years with a student exchange organization. It was a great experience to get new friends in many countries. I not only loved discovering Europe, but as well organized events for students to discover Aachen, the place, where I am studying.
Shortly before ending my time as a student and beginning "serious" work life, I enjoyed a sunny semester abroad at Australia`s sunshine coast university last year and was doing an internship at Daimler`s autonomous driving department in Beijing.
After finnishing my university last April, I am thrilled for new experiences as far as a plane can get me :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During my time at my student exchange organization, I was often sharing my room with one of my friends from abroad or could just ask for a couch or a bed when travelling myself. Now, in I want to continue with this spirit and am looking forward for new experiences in new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books
Funnily, I only watch series after everybody has already seen it and the last season is just airing, so that I do not need to wait until another new season is airing :D (Did that in Dexter, Breaking Bad and now GoT)
Sadly, books are on my priority list behind series (in the evening it`s easier to watch an episode of Family Guy instead of reading), That`s why I haven`t read much in the last years. But maybe someone can convince me to start reading again?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my way to a friend in Ulm, I missed a train due to heavy delay of my bus (more than 2 hours). Luckily I was able to phone another colleague in Karlsruhe, where my bus would stop later. I explained him the situation and one hour later, we met at the train station in Karlsruhe and I could sleep at his sleeping couch after drinking a view beers together.
This kind of spontaneous help is what I never expect, but always really appreciate.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like learning, how people really live in different parts of the world. Tell me about your story and your interests and I will probably share mine!
