Hallo Menschheit

Right now there are four things in my life, which are important.
COOKING: I do an appreniceship in a very good restaurant in Basel and I really love my Job. its my passion and my path of life.
CYCLING: last year I discovered Ultracycling as activity. since then, I cycled over 8500 km and climbed more than 55'000 Am. Also I cycled from my hometown in 26 hours 490 km.
LOVING: Spending time with my Girlfriend means so much to me, there aren't words to describe it. As important as my Girlfriend is, are my friends. i couldn't live without them.
SLEEPING: Usually not that much, but some hours per day :P

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing as an institution represents a world I want to live in. It is not about money but human interaction. This makes me humble, teaches me extremely valuable lessons about live and grows my own personality.

兴趣

Cooking is my passion, therefore I began an apprenticeship as a cook in the restaurant Teufelhof in Basel. I also like craft beers, especially sour beers and IPAs but also stouts and other kinds of beer, so if you know a good beer or beer bar I would definitely be up to give it a try. But it isn't all about the culinary, I'm also interested in environmental issues, politics and art. I listen to many different types of music but I also enjoy making music myself. I'm very open minded and interested in the world.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've made so many amazing experience and I'm always thankful for that.
I had the chance to eat in a three Michelin starred restaurant,
worked on a farm for a month,
in a Michelin starred restaurant for two weeks,
lead a Kitchen crew and cooked for over 600 people when I was eighteen.
I did an Interailtrip with a friend of mine and
hitchhiked from London to Lille.
Cycled 820 km in 51 hours to see the ocean.
In 2021 I was a political candidate for the green party.
last but not least I fell in love and i still can't believe it <3
