About Me

CURRENT MISSION

focus, act, connect, deviate, evaluate

ABOUT ME

live my life up to the maximum - relaxed but same time very dynamic.

Turning myself downside up:
www.youtube.com/Lost Generation
= un-learning (verlernen) a lot of old bullshit and learning new, exciting stuff.
Learn much more from primary sources than secondary sources (books, movies, old grandfather tales etc.).
Going out on the marketplace rather than staying alone in my cave (old zen proverb).

PHILOSOPHY

I rather regret NOT doing something than doing it!

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything which twist my neurons around - I admit I like brainfucking (myself). Don`t be scared I am not the arrogant guy who tries this with others all the time.

Not many authors, directors, musicians and cooks are good at it, so here`s a short list - feel free to add:

Book:
Catcher in The Rye, Hunter S. Thompson, Faltin, Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Die Kunst des Liebens (Erich Fromm), Monty Python,

Movie:
Fight Club - The book is also good but hard to understand if y didn`t see the movie - Coen Brothers - Quentin Tarantino - OLD movies with Steve McQueen, Paul Newman - The YES Men -The big Lebowski

Music:
Drum'n'Bass - Hippie Music - HipHop - Berlin Techno - Ben Harper - Bob Dylan . . . everything new and innovative.
Rock rocks - at occasion!

Food:
Indian-Chinese (but hard to get in Germany) - Molecular cooking (ok, ok, I hardly go out to get it, but I like to look at the pics from El Bulli and read about it AND I cooked it once too) - Trial&Error cooking - Combining food in a new way - Blind Restaurant (what about blind cooking?! :-)
I am just eating with chop sticks !
