ABOUT ME

What are friends?
Friends are always there for you when you need them. They cheer you up in days of sorrow and help you when you feel lost and you don’t know where to go. Friends embellish one´s life and it’s a gift from heaven to have a best friend. And that’s exactly what Tobi is for me.
Over the years, he became an important part of my life. He is a lively and nice fellow with whom I went through thick and thin. I never met someone in my whole life who is so tolerant and smooth to other people and I think there isn’t anyone with whom Tobi wouldn’t get along. He is a polite and courteous man who is always ready to help others and that’s what I really appreciate.
To be honest, I can’t think of any negative characteristics of him. We have known each other for over 6 years and we never had a heated quarrel. I hope this will never change.
To put it in a nutshell, we are the best friends one can imagine. There is only one thing left to say: “Wir stehen zusammen; Wir fallen zusammen” ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For a start, I'm looking for places to stay during the breaks of my study abroad year in the United States. But when I'm back in Germany in June I will offer a place to stay at my apartment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience so far, but I hope this changes soon.

Interests

I guess the thing that I'm most interested in is sports, since it is a great opportunity to gather with friends and have a good time. I've played soccer for 15 years and I especially like to play basketball, volleyball, pool and I'm a huge fan of skateboarding and snowboarding. Also, I love to meet friends to go out to bars, discos, movie theaters or just stay at home and have a nice talk. I'm always looking for opportunities to experience something and this includes traveling. And last but not least, I could not imagine a life without music^^.

On my last birthday, I saw a shooting star, which was so long that I could see it for 3 or 4 seconds.

During my study abroad year, I got to know people from all over the world and this experience broadened my horizon in manifold ways. You can always learn from other people, because they all have their own story to tell.
