Hey, the boat is almost finished and if you're willing to stay in an almost finished narrow boat then you're welcome to stay. I'm usually in the countryside or in the centre of a city for the weekend. I rarely move to he city so when I do I stay for a week or two and make use of going out in he evenings, so if you stay we will be going out and doing something interesting and if you give me enough notice I'll move to Nottingham for you. Whatever happens though, I will be near a train station!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people but my job doesn't offer that opportunity anymore. Bar work was fun but not forever. This is just a way to meet people when im not at work.

Interests

I love making things and drawing, boats, bikes, walking and snowboarding when I can get to some snow.

Music, Movies, and Books

pretty easy going with this sort of stuff, wouldnt object to a chick flick, not snobbish about books but usually a love story or adventure, and music: well I wouldn't object to a quiet pub and an Irish band!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook three perfectly made meals. breakfast - pancakes (American style), Chinese curry which my cousin taught me; and pasta (Recipe borrowed from a lovely italian restaurant in Oxford). I play a little guitar so if you can play/sing me a song I will give you one back. I may also be able to fix a door or put up a shelf with you, I'm a carpenter when I'm not messing about on boats!
