COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To start, a stop. ...in an ever expanding web of connections.
(This is easier to explain verbally--it's a lot to write, and confusing, depending on which words I use!)
One couch. One christmas dinner. One "appartment to myself," with a great daily visitor, aka my host! And a potluck party with one spoon missing.
And the wonder continues...

Longevity for the natural world, interactions of the unfamiliar kind, lessened inhibition, re-defining boundaries/borders, the mind of a child, beauty, music, art in general, self-questioning, real reality (really), talking, listening* (*depending on subject, and competency of speaker!), micro- brasseries, discomfort--where else can one find growth?.....LIVING.

CBC. http://www.cbc.ca/radio/ (Radio 3 is new music, all the time. Listen live, or you can search through thousands of artists from every little stump in our country, from any genre of music!!! Radio 2 is a mix of music, depending on hour, and the timezone you choose to listen to. Radio 1 is talk, talk, talk. I guess it's good if you want the recent news, 48 times a day...o.k., there are some interesting talk-umentaries and reports, I'm just partial to music!)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Working (playing/growing/learning) with children. In life, I have had no other experience so deep and lasting as the joy of sharing space with a fresh, forming mind. The beauty I`ve seen in a child discovering something new, or challenging a great fear, is truly an inspiring experience.

Accessing knowlege and resources; finding things.
Basics in many fields (home repair, psychology, geography...etc., etc.)

Problem solving! (Situational knowledge, but great drive to find the answers)

I want to learn EVERYTHING, but not know everything. You will have something to teach me, and I look forward to finding out what it is!

I am also more than willing to share the information and skills that I do possess.
