We are easy and outgoing people. Since February 2017 our son Aaron joined our lifes. We like to chat and to spend time with people from other cultures. Living abroad at a very young age made us both open to other ways of living and adaptive in our lifestyle. We love outdoor sports, and the close relation to nature is important to us.

IMPORTANT:
We have TONS of requests living in downtown Zürich. We will not accept surfers for just one night (except cyclists), with no references, with empty profiles or random copy/paste requests without any personal reference.
We do have a lively little boy at home, so you should be ok with that. please check the information in the tab "my home" before u send us a request.

We live in central location in Zurich. we like to share food and everything, but we are not a Hotel!
We work during the weekdays, but it's no problem to host; you just have to look after yourself independently. In the evenings, we love to share time and a nice dinner. weekends are fine, if we are home. We like to spend time with guests, share good food and drink good wine but we do not party until the next day every weekend.
You can reach us easily with public transport, we are just 2 tram stops away from the main train station. Lake Zurich is in walking distance, with nice places to dip in. We have space to store bicycles, but car parking is difficult, (expensive and far away - the house can't be reached by car, you'll have to walk and carry your stuff).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since we prefer travelling around slowly and getting to know locals, CS is perfect! A cycling trip in New Zealand made Antonia try CS and completely convinced her! Back home she moved to the Swiss mountains and hosted a lot of surfers - we hope, a lot of people make it to our new common home downtown Zurich!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A bicycle trip to NZ was Antonia's first CS experience, and it was just great! She was unbelievably lucky and met really awsome people. Thanks to all of u guys! Back home again, we hosted several CS, and it was always great fun! Together, we surfed several couches in several countries.
