Hello, I'm Tommy

I am a respectful, open-minded person. I'm pretty easy going and adaptable, whether there's a hectic or chilled environment I'm usually content. I like joining in and participating but can also be independent if needed. I have good manners and will always try to contribute what I can.

One of my favourite things in life is meeting new people and sharing times which leave you as good friends. There aren't many better feelings in life than finding a new place or new people because you said Yes and decided to see where the adventure would go. A large proportion of my closest friends are wonderful people I've met at festivals in the UK and Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

From my experience visiting various places in different capacities, it seems clear to me the real way to get to know somewhere is to go there with someone who calls that place home. It's truly, infinitely better to experience a place that way. Plus, how cool is it that you, who are reading this right now, have most likely never met me. Yet if we reach out to each other and decide to share, we may very well be friends for life. CS is a powerful symbol of defiance in the face of a society that often encourages to be insular and afraid of strangers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Burning Man in 2017 🤯 - then travelled south for 9 months all the way down to Peru.
