CURRENT MISSION
Journey afar to find my way back home
ABOUT ME
I'm a wanderer, a free and adventurous spirit. I enjoy paradoxes and I'm one of those people who like to dabble in alittle bit of everything. I have the fascination of a child and I'm always ready for life changing experiences. True story, true story.
I derive pleasure in exploration of the unknown. I usually cheer for the underdogs and I enjoy upcycling over needless consuming. I strive to live in accordance with nature. Diversity in nature equals a healthy environment, diversity in people allows for new ideas/perspectives and diversity in life results in a fun story :)
I am an organizer and cleaner, whenever there is a pile of junk I thoroughly enjoy going through and sorting it all out. Ah and my other best skill is putting on the special cowboy hat. When life becomes boring or negative, I pop on the hat and walk out the door. Similar to Indiana Jones, he was always doing something adventurously stupid.
I am practicing to be as compassionate as possible to everything, including cockroaches, but you know, those bugs are so freaky... especially when they fly into your face,
I listen. I'm usually social and energetic at first but after awhile I mellow out to a relaxed earthy tree state later. If you get me happy enough I'll fling my head uncontrollable as I laugh and do some weird ass dance. I do like to take care of my body and I feel my fullest in the great outdoors. Maybe I was a nature hermit saint in a past life, probably.... I also love animals. I'm probably an elf druid also. I don't follow any religion but I coin myself as a peaceful anarchist and im interested ancient wisdom. I travel off the beaten path in the most frugal ways. I'm a dreamer, visionary, INFP, Aquarius. I've been told I'm sensitive, like Micheal Jackson.
PHILOSOPHY
Everyone has something to teach.
Treat others as you want to be treated
Do something uncomfortable every once and awhile
I can't guarantee anything.
In nonsense lies strength
:)
Every moment is an opportunity to make yourself a better person
Simplify, simplify, simplify!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Appreciating bizarre situations with others and being as helpful as I can. I won't assist you with 100 shillings though.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Ah, they have been numerous and great. Giving someone a place to stay or receiving a welcome is such a huge gift for a tired traveler in an unfamiliar place.
Interests
I love animals, backcountry travel, odd people, really old things, recycling and upcycling, tea, permaculture, off grid living, tinkering, dumpster diving, divas, burning man, temples, monks, quality cheeses, spirits, national parks, simple clothing, laughing, mythology, geocaching, bicycling, spontaneous adventure, local music, mom and pop shops, mysticism, slow walking, computer gaming, eco farms and villages, cleaning, DIY projects, naturists, smiling people, shamans, generosity, cognitive design, participation, ancient history, laser cutters, randomness, fibonacci series, spirals, golden ratio, golden rule, golden teeth and sanctuaries.
I'm interested in tons of things that you people do, I don't even know why I even bothered trying to list them, everything is totally cool. Well, except raw celery, I can't come to terms with raw celery. That crunchy, stringy, nasty tasting celery...nope.
