About Me

I studied financial economics at uni, qualified as an accountant, took time off to travel the world, went back to accounting and am now about to move to Madrid (Feb 2019) to figure out the next part of my life.

Interests

Following an injury around 2012 and the search for an answer to the chronic pain I was feeling, I found the wim hof method and functional patterns. The former, which aims to improve your immune system as well as many other things including reducing pain and cold water adaption, and the latter which aims to improve human movement and become a better human. The reason that I am moving to Madrid is to work with a practitioner at the European headquarters and have given up my career in London in order to help myself.

Other interests revolve around being outside and travelling. I am also keenly learning spanish and have a basic grasp of french. I also enjoy watching a good film, tv series or reading (mostly non-fictional) books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's difficult to pick just one, but a week travelling around the Galapogas was truely inspiring and I would recommend it to anyone interested in nature, flora and fauna. The majority of the week was spent either on the boat travelling from island to island, snorkling with sea lions, penguins and sea turtles or trekking around the islands, seeking out the Galápagos giant tortoise and iguanas as well as seeing incredibly raw lava formations and muti coloured sands.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am learning Spanish and moving to Madrid in February 2019 so will hopefully get a good grasp of it quickly. I may be able to help you with your practice, if that is something you are interested in.

I have been to quite a few countries so would be happy to talk about any that interest you. Travelling appears to have become a preoccupation of mine and I have many stories and tips to share.
