HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I'm on the road my participation is mainly surfing and attending any events that come up as I go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in Athens, Istanbul, Cyprus and New York so far and have attended a couple of events in both Athens and the UK. Each time I've had a memorable experience and met some great and genuine people.

兴趣

I love rock climbing, hiking and cycling both on and off the road. Also watching motor cycle racing when the season is on.

My list of books and comics is always too long!

Overland travel is my favourite means of getting around.

MUSIC: This changes pretty frequently but of late I've been listening to Bon Iver, Jaga Jazzist and Alt-J. Historically though I was brought up on Frank Zappa!

BOOKS: The Metamorphosis, Ninteen-Eighty-Four, The Book Of Tea, The Jungle Book, Isaac Asimov shorts, The Big Sleep, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The Sandman.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Spending 10 months working in India. Being at the Mumbai facility for my company was a real eye-opener and only made me want to travel more. During my first visit I also went to various parts of India including Ladakh, the Himalayan region which just blew me away.

I could teach the basics in Python and Lua programming as well as simple VFX given the right tools. If anyone is curious as to how 3D movies are made just quiz me. I would love to learn any bits of language which is not my own.
