About Me

I've just moved to Spain with my girlfriend to work and I am absolutely itching to travel again. Travelling is the only thing I’ve always known I want to do, and I've missed it so much during the pandemic. I believe that the best thing about travelling is the people you meet along the way!

My philosophy is based around the belief that there is very little in life that is worth taking too seriously, so don’t worry about what other people say or do, just do your own thing, and just chill out and enjoy yourself!

As much as I hate the Irish drinking stereotype, I don’t think you can argue that the best way to get to know, and to get comfortable around someone is over a few drinks. People are always completely themselves when drinking. So, I do love going to bars with people I’ve just met and skipping through the small talk as quick as possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I am moving to Madrid for work and I want to get to know the city better. There's no better way to get to know an area than to meet people who live there. I want to be shown to parts of Madrid that tourists wont miss!

Interests

If you were to walk into my apartment while I was by myself you'd most likely find me either playing video games or watching a television series. Outside that, I love playing football (even though I'm not very good).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I've done is drive from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City with my friend on our motorbikes. We got to see parts of the country that you would usually just blow past as a tourist. It was absolutely mind-blowing.
