I'm a very active person both working in the outdoors and enjoying a number of activity for recreation. I'm a keen mountain biker, kayaker, walker, climber and enjoy exploring caves and mines when the weather is bad up top.

I have a strong morale compass and believe firmly in honesty and the good we can do each other, our communities and the environment around us

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel a lot for work and find connecting with locals makes travel so much richer, simply being another tourist is a shallow experience and therefor when I travel for pleasure I'd always rather meet locals and engage in the local community. That and being an outdoor instructor doesn't grace me with a fat paycheck to bankroll me through trips in luxury :/
