Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently doing bit of touring as a singer-songwriter, on a very low budget. I've done a bit of couchsurfing overseas in the past, and had a great time. I love meeting new people, and I'm looking at this as a way to get to know parts of my own country better.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept on Mount Sinai in December. The cold kept me in a state of half-sleep, till eventually I realized a whole flock of tourists had climbed in the night, and it was almost time to watch the sunrise. The sunrise was like watching a desert earth taking form.
