I’m a young at heart Sports Teacher from England who is now living in Penang, Malaysia. I traveled around SE Asia last year and loved the food, people, climate, adventures etc. I’m very easy going, polite, sociable and fun! I love trying out new foods too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not quite ready for hosting yet but would like to in the future. I'm always keen to get involved in any CS events and get togethers. I met some amazing people in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam doing this and recommend it highly!

Music, Movies, and Books

All types of music - whatever mood I’m in! Anything from indie to disco, blues to reggae.
I'll watch most movies but particularly like sci-fi, action, fantasy, war etc.
As a sports teacher I like sporting biographies and autobiographies in particular.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Many things, but for me coming out to SE Asia alone and travelling alone is a big step for me, getting out of my comfort zone.
I guess I'd like to think us Teachers do amazing things every day!
