I'm Tom and I'm originally from a small cluster of villages in Oldham called Saddleworth. I moved to Preston to study film and then moved to Manchester city centre to work. I decided to come traveling across Asia and to do my working holiday visa in Australia.

I'm quite a social person I enjoy going out for food and drinks and also partying every now and then! I'm also quite health I try my best to eat vegetarian and also take part in tough murder at least once a year so try to keep myself fit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to join coach-surfing in an attempt to find new friends in Australia as i will be arriving on my own for a working holiday visa.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is always a difficult question to answer as my taste changes quite often and also depends on my mood!

Music I tend to like anything with a filthy bass line or interesting sounds

Movies I tend to go for fantasy films also the same for books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed my vippasana meditation during my time in India. For those of you that don't know what that is it's a 10 day meditation course in which you have to take a noble silence and mediate for 18 hours a day.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm fun, clean and a very good cook (in my opinion) I'm also a fully qualified masseur and aromatherapist and always need willing people to practise on if I'm not working in the field to keep my skills honed.
