Hi, I’m Tom. First and foremost I am a skateboarder and I love travelling to new cities to skate new spots. Being out on the streets is the best way to get a feel for a city imo. When I’m not skating I’m normally doing some other outdoor activity like climbing, hiking, or cycling.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I spent a semester living in the high arctic studying meteorology and the climate. The archipelago I called home was inhabited by more polar bears than humans. We weren’t allowed to leave town without rifles. It was pretty weird having to carry a gun with you when hiking and camping. And polar bear watch at 4am during the polar night while all your friends are asleep in the tents was bloody terrifying. I loved every minute of it. I never saw a polar bear though. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing, to be honest.
