Currently on the road travelling, for almost two years since covid! Enjoying life, loving meeting new people, and learning about the world around us!

I'm a teacher and writer (when I get down to actually writing!) Always wanting to learn and discover new things. Love Sweden and want to move back there one day. I enjoy talking about topical issues and seeing a range of viewpoints. Equality is very important to me.

To meet new people and see different things. And to show people around where I live in the Gold Coast, especially the hiking in the two spectacular national parks on my doorstep.

兴趣

Languages are a passion. I enjoy practising my French and Spanish. Love skiing - teaching it and for pleasure. Kayaking, cycling, picnics and camping in the summer months. Salsa has also become something I really like - not that I'm all that good, but I just enjoy it. Afternoon siestas! Art, design and anything creative and different.

I have just finished reading Audous Huxley's 1931 novel 'Brave New World' and am currently on his last book 'The Island' which is really thought-provoking.

Seeing the Aurora Borealis in Svalbard. First being able to have a conversation in a new language - (apart from when you start to realise that you're 'actually understanding' and then haven't been concentrating while you've been thinking that!)
