ABOUT ME

I adore learning things! Be it some local customs, or discovering about the fascinating history of the city castle, I love taking knowledge in and having vibrant couchsurfers to help me with that.
I'm very open-minded, and as long as you can justify your opinion I will accept anything - and enjoy having a good discussion about it.

I'm 188cm tall and left-handed.

At the moment I'm looking just to meet residents when I'm travelling who would like to meet up for a coffee or a beer and chat, hopefully getting some local knowledge on the way

Interests

I love finding out about history, I'm also very interested in science, particularly maths, and when I'm travelling one of my favourite things is to scout out the local geology. Museums might be able to tell me what happened there hundreds of years ago, but rocks can tell me in millions of years!

Music, Movies, and Books

The book that has changed the way I think the most is The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck - it has transformed my empathy with modern day migrants and made me think capitalism isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Film: Wake in Fright - the most haunting madness scene I've seen in a film.

I'm a native English speaker so am always happy to share that with people. I also work as a software developer, so if you would like some help with learning code or making a webpage I can help with that too!
