ABOUT ME

Ever since I lived in Indonesia for six months I have this desire to meet new people from different cultures. I love to learn and try new things, although you may have to push me a bit!

I like to go into deep conversations, but I'm always up for more playful things too. I like to have dinner with friends, go to a coffee shop, or just lie in the grass during a sunny day.

It's hard to describe myself, but I think I'm a bit too laid back sometimes and really need my friends to "energize me", if that makes any sense. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I regularly went to CS events and couchsurfed in Indonesia, and to some in the Netherlands. I surfed for two months in China and I plan to be very active once I return in asia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lots of events (gatherings) and some couchsurfing in Indonesia. Lots of surfing in China.

Interests

Many things! But mostly I'm interested in travelling, meeting new people, entrepreneurship, and technology.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've seen hundreds of movies. Some of my favorites are Into the Wild, The Wolf of Wallstreet, Slumdog Millionaire and Life of Pi.

My favorite TV series are Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Sopranos, Rome and the Wire.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed a 3 kilometers high mountain with couchsurfers during thundering and stormy weather. All soaked and wet we decided to sleep on the mountain at an altitude of 2km, on the ground and without a fire.

I will never forget this moment because my friends got me through it alive. :)
