ABOUT ME

I am from Helsinki, Finland. I'm an easy going and relaxed guy and I'm usually comfortable in any situation. I have a positive and sociable and outgoing personality. I'd like to believe that people feel very comfortable and enjoy being around me.

I love being spontaneous and to laugh and have fun. I can be very silly sometimes and find myself in a weird uncomfortable looking situations but that's what makes life just more interesting and entertaining. I like talking to strangers and even though I'm a chill guy I can be high energy at times too. I like anything from a do-nothing days chilling in the park to going out to bars, clubs or whatever.

I have already traveled to many places and met many people from different cultures and I loooves it and want more.

My current "real job" is working as a nurse with adolescents that have social problems. In my free time I do mostly music related things and projects.

PHILOSOPHY

Love yourself and live to your fullest potential. Try at least. Be yourself and if you can't then just pretend you are someone amazing, it's ok -who cares and remember that it's your reality and it doesn't have to make sense.

I love exploring new places, getting to know new cultures and making friends with the people I meet during my way.

I also will make other people have amazing experiences and be the best host in my home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed and met some great people through this site in Canada. I have hosted a bunch of people at my place and it has been a lot of fun. I have enjoyd getting to know some likeminded people throught the site.

Interests

Passionate about music, record collector, DJ,party organizer and i sing in a punk band! Also love concerts, arts and creativity, galleries, street arts, exhibitions, improv theater etc. I like to find the small cafes and weird little pubs and cool clubs. I want to see the local artists and musicians. Oh, and I love flee markets.

Just interested in different cultures , history, people & customs in general -I like to know what the real life is like new places. Touristy stuff is usually a turn off. I love trying new good and also weird foods and of course I enjoy my wine and beer. I also like cooking for other people as well.

Then there are stuff that I am interested and try to learn about like: self development, psychology, neuro linguistic programming, therapies, meditation. And also some sports I like to do and watch also are soccer, ice-hockey, yoga etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are lots. I like movies that make you think and I also watch a lot of documentaries. Usually I like alternative non-mainstream stuff. In music my taste is very eclectic but I only listen to good music -there is no need for bad music in my life. I enjoy reading a lot from trashy novels and autobiographies to self development books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attended and helped to set up a traditional Sweat Lodge Ceremony in Fort Qu'Appelle with the local aboriginals.
