About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I have been travelling around Mexico for a few months, sadly I return home in April. I would love to meet some friendly people to share experiences and stories with before I go home.

I haven't been active on couch surfing for a few years but in the past I have stayed with and hosted some great people.

ABOUT ME

I have been working as a social worker for nearly five years in England, I decided I needed a break so I quit my job to spend some time in the wonderful country that is Mexico. I started in Mexico city and made my way south to Oaxaca and Chiapas before then making my way north up the Pacific coast.

I enjoy socialising with friends and going on nights out, going to the cinema and going to restauraunts.

I love to be active and I enjoy running, hiking and tennis, but my main passion is football which I love to watch and play. I am a big fan of Manchester United.

In my spare time I like to read and the most recent book I have read was about the Tarahumara tribe, it was called Born to Run.

I am half Polish on my mother's side and I am extremely proud and passionate about my heritage, I speak Polish fairly fluently and would love to meet more Polish people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing a volcano in Peru was one of the toughest but most rewarding things I have ever experienced. Recently I climbed La Malinche in Puebla with some friends, we had to complete a mountain rescue on the way down because a poor lady broke her ankle!
