I've had the chance to do a fair bit of travelling, so interested in this site which helps others to do the same.

ABOUT ME

I've done some backpacking around the world over the years. I've covered most of the provinces and territories of Canada, all the states of the USA, all the countries of Central America, a good bit of South America, Europe, and Africa; Greenland, Iceland, Australia, Japan, and parts of the Caribbean.

PHILOSOPHY

People are the same all over. You do your thing, I'll do mine and we'll all go out and be stupid and have fun. I've been vegetarian for years but have started tampering with some fish for health reasons. I'm not bothered by meat eaters. Everybody's got to do what's right for him/her. The fact that I do or don't do a LOT of things has nothing to do with the company I keep. I would say I'm best NOT judged by the company I keep. I hang out with a good mix of people because they AREN'T like me. I'm always around people but I don't like the FOCUS to be on me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I suppose I probably have done this more than I initially thought. Anyway, travelling all over, I've inevitably enjoyed the hospitality of LOADS of people in accommodations, transportation, and other amenities so I have to always be grateful and willing to return the favor.

Zainteresowania

I like backpacking, biking, snowboarding, skiing, kayaking, wasting time. I've done a bit of travelling, but honestly, I really value being HOME once in a while, sitting on the front porch with friends, drinking beer and doing nothing. It doesn't happen all that often, though.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I am generally bored out of my mind sitting through movies. Music-wise, I like a lot of new stuff; usually things all my friends LIKE when they hear it but have never heard of. I have a bunch of half read books I'm working on.
