ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Tom and I'm from the UK. I have been working in Architectural practices for the last nine years and I have been studying for my UK Architectural qualifications. I am travelling to Tokyo on a trip with my University and I'm planning to stay on a bit longer on my own! I am hoping that couchsurfing will be a good way for me to meet new people and be introduced to the real Japan.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to keep learning about new things which I can transfer to my daily life. This can be through experiencing new ways of life, or just speaking to people. I try not to be judgemental of other people, and hope to always be open minded and welcoming.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm quite new to couchsurfing but it seems like an amazing idea and opportunity. I had some great experiences while travelling in Brazil a couple of years ago and met some amazing people.
