About Me
Although it might take a few moments to get to know me, I am a friendly guy who just graduated and moved to Prague for work. I love to travel and meet new people and I would be keen to just meet up around Prague or to travel with someone on a longer trip.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am here mainly because I want to meet the locals of each country so that I experience the place as the locals do instead of as a tourist. I think it's silly how some people travel by sitting on a tour bus only getting off to go to the hotel. That's not really travelling. So I would like to meet the people of all the countries and learn about the culture.
Interests
I really enjoy dangerous, adventurous sports like snowboarding, kayaking, mountain biking and rock climbing.
I like reading and also philosophy (at the moment I am reading a lot of the classic philosophy like Plato).
I love travelling because I love adventure and there is so much to see and learn and I want to see all of it :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movies are probably Inception, Valkyrie, Hunt for Red October, Man in the Iron Mask, Avatar and of course the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Also some animated films like Aladdin and Spirit:Stallion of the Cimaroon.
My favorite books are the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini, Warrior of Rome series and I guess Narnia because it is the first fantasy I ever read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done a few pretty amazing things but one amazing thing I have done would be a two week aviation course. The cool thing about it though, was that it was based at a Royal New Zealand Air Force base! So we would spend the two weeks living on the Air Force base, wearing the uniform, eating in the mess and being around real Air Force pilots and personnel while learning how to navigate aircraft. At the end, we had to do exams about what we learnt. Two written exams and one practical exam where we had to fly a plane along a course and navigate to certain places while checking fuel, air speed, altitude, etc. And at the end, those that passed got a certificate from some important Air Force officer (I passed :) ).
Teach, Learn, Share
I guess I can teach you Czech but I understand it isn't the most popular language ;)
I can tell tales from my adventures in distant lands.
