I am Tomas from Macedonia, currently living in Tetovo, Macedonia - but frenquently travelling around the world, in connection to my work as a freelancer working on project from the NGO and non-profits sector. I am 29 years old, and I'm a kind of a person that always strives to make new friends and meet new people whenever I go around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join the couchsurfing community in order to get other perspective on travelling and getting in touch with locals much more easily. Even though I just joined couchsurfing rescently, I must point out that I have practiced this way of traveling before as well - having friends and accuantances from different countries coming over and staying at my place as guests and showing them around Tetovo and Macedonia; and myself also, I have had the pleasure to be a guest to few wonderful hosts in different countries that have took me around their places of living and showed me their cultures and everyday life in an authenthic way. Having this experiences from before - I took the descision to join couchsurfing and gain much more expereinces like those ones from before.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love different types of music, and epsesially in the last period I'm keen on oriental style music, chiilout music and some kinds of electronic music as well. When it comes to movies, I enjoy horror and thriller movies.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you decide to host me, I promise I will be a guest you will never forget. What I can do as a guest is teach you how to cook, share many of my travelling stories and experience, teach you more about the culture, way of living and tradition of both Macedonia and Turkey and have a lot of fun if you are interested in keeping me company while I stay at your place as a guest.
