Hello, my name is Tom and I graduated from City University of Seattle currently working in mosquito bioregulation in my hometown. I live in Bratislava, which is the capital of Slovakia. If I have to describe my country short, I would say "never ending relationship" because I love my homeland to the moon and back for all those precious moments it is giving me. Slovakia is considered to be a montainous country. Furthermore, I love to spend my leisure in the forests and mountains because I am a true nature lover. Working out in a gym and hanging out with friends are two activities I like to do, when there is a time left.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I joined the Couchsurfing because it is a great opportunity to experience numerous cities and locations you would not be able to achieve without couchsurfing. Personally, I have tried my first couchsurfing in 2017 and it was over my expectations. First of all, I was worried at the very beginning because I did not really know what kind of adventure I am going to undergo. However, once I met the couchsurfer, I was completely amazed how cool everything was.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I can listen to all kinds of music but if I have to choose the style I like the most, I would probably go with bands like: Imagine Dragons, One Republic, Twenty One Pilots etc... When it comes to the movies it is the same as the music, I can watch completely different movies and still get excited, no matter, if it is comedy or horror. What is more, in my point of view, books are very powerful tools to gain new knowledge and information. I like books, when there is a time to read. I am cureently reading a lifestory about the world's best known druglord Pablo Escobar.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

There are many incredible things I have done during my life and it is pretty hard to pick just one. However, I would probably mentioned the experience of getting every year to my cabin located in Low Tatras, where I have numerous experience I will never forget.
