Overview
About Me
I'm a quiet person who really enjoys a good conversation. Maybe with a good coffee or wine? Or in a nice and chill place? I love hearing about people's culture, countries and travels. I live with my wife and 3 cats.
I love travelling and I try to do it at least once a year. My favourite place is the UK but I have hundreds of destinations I'd like to go to.
At the moment I'm working and studying, so I don't really spend a lot of time at home. I'm studying Business Administration and also Computer Science. I work in IT, in the Quality Assurance field. The good thing about my job is that I have a very flexible schedule, so I can arrange to do some things with guests in the morning or maybe in between my working time.
If you are looking for the best travel guide of the city, then that's not me. Even one of my purposes to host people is to learn with them about my own city. I'll obviously be more than glad to give guests all the information I have about what they want to know and research with other people if I don't have the information. I am also very willing to accompany guests on their adventure to discover this city and near places. I have this belief that it's usually foreign people who know some very interesting details about your place, that you wouldn't even imagine. I'd be cool with knowing anyone in this platform and hosting them if we both agree and are happy to do it.
I’m very open-minded, I welcome people with different beliefs and ways of understanding life, I'm totally ok if you're LGBTIQ+, if you are into monogamy, polygamy or if you don't give a damn about all this stuff. By clarifying this I just want to welcome people that might not feel comfortable with all hosts if they want to share stories about their life, I like hearing about people’s lives and experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in knowing people from different countries and cultures, to listen new stories and to learn from them. I want to do my best to give them a comfortable and safe place so they can discover my city and my culture.
Interests
Things I love on a daily basis are: food!!, I love eating, I love trying new things and even if I don't cook often, I like to try new recipes and I've been told that I'm a good cook. I always have my daily dosis of electronic and indie music, but I enjoy most types of music styles - not a fan of latin music, tho. If I have the time, I like my moment of Netflix & chill, with a yummy pizza! I'm also addicted to coffee!! I prefer parks to beaches but in my country we have more beaches than parks. So I really prefer going to the very quiet ones as I prefer nature to lots of people. When it comes to going out I typically go to chill pubs or electronic parties. I also like the underground scene but I'm not the person that goes out all the time, maybe that's something that I can do with my guests!
