I'm Tomás, from Portugal, currently living and traveling in India to do my medical specialization.

It was during my studies at the university in Lisbon, when I traveled on my own abroad for the first time...and since then, I never stopped travelling. I started to read routinely, I did my first writings, and suddenly the world became something much larger and richer that what I could ever imagined.

One can spend an entire life without knowing the purpose of existence, but from the moment we consider the beauty of life, this journey and our time on earth will have been for sure worth it!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love my job, but what makes me enjoy it the most is the genuine curiosity humans create on me. I'm fascinated by people, by human life itself, by the magical experience that people's interaction generates in each other.
For those same reasons couchsurfing came into my life.
