"The goal is the journey!"
Since my childhood, I've been a member of a boy-scout organization and YMCA.
When I was seven the Iron Curtain has fallen down. For us - people from Eastern Europe - it was a great opportunity to start exploring the world. And so I visited many countries in all directions and meet many interesting people there.
I studied economics. I worked for NGOs, international business companies and public institutions.
I love Veronika; she is my 'travel buddy' and my life partner since 2004. She gave birth to my greatest teacher, our son Mikolas.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I visited many countries and I often used a couch of any friend of mine. Also I hosted my friends several times in my apartment. Yet never through the CS network. Now I want to move it to new level and do it "officially" :)
And also - together with my fiancée we want to do a trip from New York to San Francisco this summer. We want to explore and experience the real image of the United States of America and so we want to meet local people.
