PHILOSOPHY
Be patient with yourself , It takes time to learn something new.
Be prepared for this day to feel challenging, and don't be surprised if at the end of it you feel like you've moved two three steps forward and two steps back.

You're learning your limits, and learning is always a good use of your time.
There is no futility going on, it's all going to be worth something, sooner or later.
