Hi! I'm Tom, a guy from the States who lives and travels with his wife Elana. We're from New England: Elana from Massachusetts, me from Maine. We met in Vermont at university and have lived together since, traveling off and on between employment. We lived in the Republic of Georgia for a year while teaching English, that's really where my experience on Couchsurfing began. I now work for a group tour operator back in Boston so I get to travel independently more often, much to Elana's dismay. I'm a very flexible guy when traveling, always down to drop my plans when someone local gives a great tip. Favorite travels have been to Lebanon, Corsica, and Japan.
