About Me

Sorry I can't host at the moment.

I consider myself an easy going, affable fella. I'm easy to talk to and I like talking to new people and about new things. I'm a laid back person and happy to let things unfold as they will but also like to make things happen when there is something I want to do. I like to get out and about in the country and cities but also like to just sit and read and listen to music.

PHILOSOPHY

Not sure if I have one yet. Although I'd say I'm generally a clean living and patient guy and I like to try and do the right thing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Stayed with a couple of folk around the planet and also managed to host the odd person who wanders past this part of West Wales!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jaipur at the house of the wonderful Kuldeep Singh, Kieran in Laos and hosted a couple of folk in Pembrokeshire.

Interests

I'm an active person. I ride my bike a lot on the roads around where I live in West Wales and also enjoy summer trips to France with the bike. I enjoy walking and spending time on the coast and in the hills and mountains of Wales. I also enjoy climbing and occasionally get in the sea for a surf. New places, big cities and deserted countryside all hold an interest for me. I try and take pics of my world too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Watched Sex and the City last night...its awful! ;) When I'm travelling I like to read a lot but at home I never seem to get around to it!

Recently enjoyed Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell and Midnights Children by Salman Rushdie.. both of which have been done as films recently... which aren't as good as the books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every year for the past few I've gone with some friends and cycled the mountains in the french Alps. Every year it is amazing to ride the beautiful roads to some beautiful places.

A few years ago I went to India and Nepal which was fantastic but in particular, wandering in the high Himalayas was something I won't forget.
