COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Honestly, I've only ever couch surfed via friends-of-friends, so I've a newb to this type of travel. That said, a university professor recommended this organization to me, and I'm digging it thus far.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I'm bad with movies. I can't seem to sit still long enough to enjoy them.

Books: Book and language nerd. DFW, Thurber, Vonnegut, etc. I tend to enjoy highly satirical pieces and nonfiction.

Music: Indie, garage, surf, 60s, cheesy '80s pop, anything cheesy. My go-to karaoke song is "Africa" by Toto.
